What You’ll Need

- Rice paper

- Vermicelli rice noodles, cooked

- Protein: chicken or tofu, pan-fried with Asian seasonings (fish sauce, tamari, oyster sauce, sesame oil)

- Veggies from the box:

Carrot (grated)

Capsicum (sliced)

Cucumber (sliced)

Lettuce leaves

Avocado (sliced)

How to Roll

1. Prep the table:

- Place all your fillings on a big platter in the centre of the table.

- Set up a shallow dish of warm water for the rice paper (large enough to dip a whole sheet).

2. Soften the rice paper:

- Dip a sheet into the warm water for 10–30 seconds (longer once the water cools).

- Place it carefully onto your plate.

3. Fill it up:

- Add noodles, protein, and veggies to the centre.

- Don’t overfill - less is more for rolling success!

4. Wrap it tight:

Fold up the bottom, tuck in the sides, then roll it forward like a little burrito.

Tips

Make it a game: everyone builds their own roll with their favourite combo.

Leftovers? Toss everything into a jar the next day for a ready-made salad.
