I could easily eat these every day of the week! Sunday night dinner turned into Monday + Tuesday lunches for this happy potato lover.

Was it the crispy bacon and mushrooms, or the fabulous cabbage & beetroot slaw with fresh parsley and Garlic Aioli, or the Dutch Cream potatoes? Dutch Creams are a personal favourite and an essential upgrade IMO 😆

Or simply the combination of the whole thing together? Honestly. It’s crazy yum.
